Criteria for no charge

- In case of device malfunction within 1 year from the date of purchase
Criteria for charge

- In case of failure after the warranty period of 1 year
- In case of device damage due to user error
- In case an outside engineer not belonging to the company has attempted to repair the functions of the product
- In case of device failure due to power supply issues
- In case of natural disasters (fire, earthquake, tsunami, lightning, etc.)
Service fee regulations
Service fees include travel, skills and equipment fees and are explained as follows:
- Travel fee: charged when the company staff directly comes to the customer’s place, calculated on the corresponding travel distance
- Equipment fee: charged when replacing faulty, misused or lost equipment
- Service fee: incurred to pay for the professional skills used to solve technical problems, calculated on the basis of the difficulty level of repair.
