We are proud to be chosen by Hyundai HT to distribute electronic door locks and smart homes in the Vietnamese market.

To meet the growing demand in the Vietnamese market and establish our brand, we are actively seeking business partners to distribute smart electronic door locks nationwide.

Our working principles with distributor partners for Hyundai HT:

  • TRANSPARENCY – OPENNESS – CLARITY: We openly share business benefits and foster long-term, sustainable partnerships with our distributors.
  • We care about and support our distributors, aiming to enhance the close relationship between the distributor and the distributor’s customers.
  • We provide maximum protection to our distributors against market fluctuations.
  • We ensure fairness for distributors, maintaining equitable practices throughout the distribution system.
  • We collaborate with distributors to expand the market and distribution channels.

Commission and incentive policies for our fingerprint door lock distributors:

  • Based on monthly/quarterly committed sales volume, distributors will participate in a discount program based on their purchasing volume exclusively for distributors of the distributor.
  • When achieving the committed sales volume, distributors will receive discounts according to the agreed-upon rate from the beginning of the quarter.
  • This commission policy is independent and runs parallel to other support or business promotion programs from the Manufacturer/Distributor for distributors.

Price protection policy:

  • Based on the purchasing results and other cooperative commitments, distributors will be entitled to the corresponding distributor price policy.
  • The pricing policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximum profitability for distributors in the market.
  • In the case of price reductions by the Manufacturer/Distributor:
  • Distributors will be protected in terms of price for the same type of items, based on the quantity of inventory held by the distributor, verified within 30 days from the date of the price reduction notice.

In the case of price increases by the Manufacturer/Distributor:

  • Distributors are encouraged to expand the market when they have a track record of exceeding the assigned KPI to increase customer base and become exclusive distributors in the planned areas within the system.
  • Distributors are provided with a distributor code, which distributors will provide to their customers. When the distributor’s customers contact the Distributor, the Distributor transfers the customers back to the distributor.
  • In the case of retail customers contacting the Distributor directly, the Distributor will be introduced to the distributor’s location in the customer’s residence area.
  • The Distributor protects the development rights at new locations for the Distributor throughout the distribution channel for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.

Debt support principle contracts:

  • After both parties sign the principle contract, the distributor will be included in the distributor’s preferred list and enjoy the policies offered by the Distributor specifically for distributors.
  • Payment terms: Distributors must make 100% payment before delivery.
  • Based on cooperation results and payment history, distributors will enjoy better credit and payment policies.
  • In the case of distributors establishing a one-year bank guarantee, the amount will depend on the business needs and financial capacity of the distributor.
  • Based on this, distributors will have a credit limit ranging from 40% to 70%, with a maximum payment term of 30 days.

Distribution Marketing Policy

  • Support for PR – Marketing:
  • Authorized distributors will be supported with catalogs, flyers, banners, etc., according to the distributor’s programs.
  • Information about authorized distributors will be advertised alongside the distributor on various public media channels.
  • Authorized distributors can participate in all sales promotion programs of the manufacturer/distributor.
  • Authorized distributors will be issued a certificate as an official distributor of the manufacturer/distributor.
  • Authorized distributors will be updated with information on prices, goods, products, company and distributor policies, marketing programs, and sales promotion materials.
  • Technical Support and Solutions:
    • Authorized distributors will receive technical support via phone and on-site support upon request, including cases that go beyond their capability, which will be handled and supported by the manufacturer’s technical team.
    • Authorized distributors will receive training according to the program and distributor level corresponding to each product line, technology, and sales knowledge as outlined by the manufacturer/distributor when there are training programs.
    • When participating in tenders and projects, authorized distributors will receive advice and support from the manufacturer/distributor regarding solutions and technical matters upon request.
  • Support for Goods:
    • Product exchange: Within 30 days from the invoice date, authorized distributors can exchange products if they are determined to be faulty by the manufacturer.
    • In case there are no replacement products available, the distributor will provide maximum support to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
    • Product return: If the goods and prices do not match the purchase agreement, authorized distributors have the right to return the goods to the distributor. The return process must be completed within 7 days from the invoice date, and a handover protocol must be signed.
    • Displaying samples and conducting trials: Authorized distributors will receive a 50% discount on displaying sample products and conducting trials for new product lines launched in the market or when the distributor opens new business locations. Please contact the distributor directly for any inquiries.
    • Goods transportation: Distributors will be fully supported with the transportation costs for goods directly distributed by us to the distributor’s warehouse, while also being responsible for ensuring the quality and preservation of the goods after completing the delivery at the distributor’s warehouse.
