Criteria for free of charge:
- In case of functional defects within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Criteria for charged service:
- In case of defects occurring after the warranty period of 1 year.
- In case of device damage due to user error.
- In case an external engineer not affiliated with the company attempted to repair the product’s functions.
- In case of device malfunction due to power issues.
- In case of natural disasters (fire, earthquake, tsunami, lightning, etc.)
Service fee regulations:
The service fee includes transportation costs, skills, and equipment, and is explained as follows:
- Transportation fee: calculated when company staff directly visit the customer’s location, based on the corresponding travel distance.
- Equipment fee: charged when replacing faulty, misused, or lost equipment.
- Service fee: additional fee to compensate for specialized skills used to resolve technical issues, calculated based on the level of difficulty in repair.
